Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using FavDrop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
Content and conduct
You keep ownership of the content you create. You agree not to make misleading claims about products, not to generate artificial clicks or orders, and to disclose paid or commissioned content as the law requires.
Commissions and payouts
Commission rates are set by each brand and shown in the platform. Earnings become payable once a brand confirms the order. Cancelled, returned or fraudulent orders are not payable.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, manipulates tracking, or misrepresents a brand.
Liability
The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of FavDrop.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi.
